About the Shelburne Food Shelf
The Shelburne Food Shelf is a volunteer-run pantry that serves anyone living in Shelburne who needs food help. It is open about six days a month.
The school supply drive
The Food Shelf is collecting school supplies for the 2026–2027 school year. Donated supplies will be distributed to students on Sunday, August 16 from 4 to 5:30, and Monday, August 17 from 3 to 4:30. The suggested list covers all grades, PreK through high school — there are many students in the middle and high school grades as well as the earlier ones.

A bin at the Experience Shelburne booth
There's a collection bin at the Experience Shelburne booth on the Parade Grounds, marked with a sign for the SFS School Supply Drive. Bring what you can any Saturday between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. — three left to fill it.

Can't make it to the market?
The market booth is one of several drop-off points, and the Food Shelf welcomes money as well as supplies.
